I had another wonderful experience working with Tamara! I was referred and worked with her for my group trip last year and worked with her again this year for my friend’s group trip. This year we were planning to go to Jamaica. A day or two before the trip, the airlines canceled our flights due to Hurricane Melissa. With such short notice, Tamara worked endlessly to move our trips from Jamaica to a new destination with success. She also helped to get our excursions canceled, refunded, and rebooked in Cancun - our new destination.
